Dear residents! We inform you that there is a single contact center of the akim of the East Kazakhstan region operating in East Kazakhstan to receive citizens’ applications. It is a social project that provides information and guidance to the residents and assists them in the prompt solution of issues relating to the work of public authorities.

Contact center specialists will help to formulate the essence of the problem, explain to citizens which department to addres, and ensure that the application is considered on time.

You can get a consultation in one of the following ways:

1. You can dial 1331, which is free of charge from landlines from any locality (spot) in our region and mobile phones. Time of application is from 08.00 to 20.00 hours. From Monday to Friday applications are accepted by the operator, and on non-working days, weekends and holidays there is the possibility of submitting the application via the answering machine;
2. You can send an application via the WhatsApp at +77770561331 and +77772022002;
3. You can upload it to the portal www.1331.kz;
4. Via the mobile app "Digital East";
5. There is a personal reception at the front office of the Public Reception, located at Ust-Kamenogorsk, 59/1, Kazakhstan street. The front office working hours are from 08.00 to 20.00 hours from Monday to Friday.
