In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services" dated April 15, 2013 No. 88-V, public service is one of the forms of implementation of individual state functions carried out individually at the request of service recipients and aimed at realizing their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, providing them with appropriate material or intangible benefits.
