It was held by East Kazakhstan Regional Center for New Technologies in Education of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region jointly with the Center for Religious Issues of Semey district of East Kazakhstan region. The speaker was Maksat Omirkhanov, an expert on public awareness of the Center for Religious Issues of Semey district of East Kazakhstan region.
