Regular meeting of the Board of Headmasters “Educational management: essence, functions, and the role of leadership”

On May 5, 2025, as part of its action plan, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regular meeting of the Board of Headmasters on the topic “Educational management: essence, functions, and the role of leadership” for headmasters and deputy headmasters responsible for educational work of schools of the region.

Key topics on the agenda of the meeting included school management issues, current issues concerning state certification of educational organizations.  

The meeting was opened by the Chair of the Board of Headmasters M.K. Kenchimbayeva - headmaster of Belousovka Secondary School No. 1 of Glubokoe district, who welcomed the participants of the meeting and outlined the agenda.  

During the event, N.V. Akhayeva, headmaster of Valeological Specialized School Complex for Gifted Children of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, delivered a presentation titled “School Development Program: Design and Implementation”.

B.A. Raimbekova, Acting Head of Education Quality Assurance Department of East Kazakhstan region, presented the legal framework and explained the procedures for state accreditation.   

The meeting resulted in a feedback session, where the Chair of the Board of Headmasters M.K. Kenchimbayeva - headmaster of Belousovka Secondary School No. 1 of Glubokoe district summed up the meeting and answered participants’ questions.
