Results of Republican Olympiad in English and German

On 21-25 April, 2025, schoolchildren from East Kazakhstan region took part in the Republican School Olympiad in English and German for 9th to 11th graders. The event took place in Kokshetau city.

The goals and objectives of the Olympiad were to develop students’ creative abilities, deepen their theoretical knowledge and practical skills, promote self-realization and create conditions for identifying gifted children.

The winners of the regional round of the Olympiad competed in the final round.

Following the results of the final round of the Republican School Olympiad, a second degree diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a silver medal went to an 11th grader of School-Gymnasium No. 12 of Ust-Kamenogorsk, Aisulu Sarmanova (German).

Third degree diplomas and bronze medals went to:

- Sofya Bakisheva, an 11th grader of School-Gymnasium No. 12 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city (German);

- Andrey Kuznetsov – a 10th grader of School-Gymnasium No. 12 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city (German);

- Toktagali Aidana - a 10th grader of Regional Specialized School-Lyceum-Boarding School for Gifted Children (English).

Leisure and sports activities, psychological trainings, as well as excursions were organized for the participants of the Olympiad in Kokshetau city.
