Regional workshop “Primary school teachers’ efforts in developing functional literacy of students using effective approaches and tools while preparing for the MODO (Monitoring of Students’ Educational Achievements)”

On April 11, 2025, in accordance with its annual plan, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional workshop titled “Implementing value-oriented approaches in primary school”. The event took place at Specialized Secondary School No. 45 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.

The goal of the workshop was to introduce primary school teachers and preschool educators to value-oriented teaching methods, develop practical skills and demonstrate effective ways to integrate these methods into the learning process. 

During the workshop, primary school teachers and preschool educators from Specialized Secondary School No. 45 demonstrated how they use value-oriented teaching methods in the classroom and shared their experiences. 

The workshop was attended by primary school teachers of the region.

Following the workshop, the teachers provided feedback and thanked the organizers.
