Results of regional round of Kanipa Bitibayeva Kazakh Language and Literature Republican Olympiad

On March 17, 2025, S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University hosted the regional round of Kanipa Bitibayeva Kazakh Language and Literature Republican Olympiad. Kanipa Bitibayeva is an academician, Honored Teacher of the Republic of Kazakhstan, winner of the Kurmet Order.  

The Olympiad aimed to enhance and deepen students’ knowledge of the Kazakh language and literature, identifying and supporting gifted students of East Kazakhstan region.

The Olympiad involved 9th to 11th graders from schools with the Kazakh language of instruction, who passed the district/city rounds.

The Olympiad consisted of 2 rounds: essay writing and testing knowledge of the Kazakh language, works of Kazakh literature, as well as scientific heritage and journalistic works of Kanipa Bitibayeva.

According to the results of two rounds of the Olympiad, 36 participants became winners: 7 students were awarded First Degree Diplomas, 10 students were awarded Second Degree Diplomas, and 19 students were awarded Third Degree Diplomas.
