RESULTS of a regional round of the Republican Forum “Discovering the world of professions”

On March 11, 2025, Daryn East Kazakhstan Scientific and Methodological Center for Gifted and Additional Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held the regional round of the Republican Forum “Discovering the World of Professions”, in accordance with the action plan of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region

The goal of the Forum was to encourage a creative approach to exploring professions among students helping them successfully choose a future profession that are in demand and essential in the labor market and in the economy of the future Kazakhstan, and to involve students and teachers in joint socially significant career guidance activities. 

89 students of general secondary and additional education organizations participated in the Forum - the winners of the district and city rounds.

The participants, aged 11 to 17, competed in four categories.

1) “I choose a profession...” – presentation contest on chosen professions;

2) “My profession - my business” – business project competition;

3) “Young mobilographer” - a competition of videos and video clips.  

The Forum announced 48 winners: I place – 11, II place - 17, III place - 20. The winners and prize-winners were awarded diplomas. All participants received certificates.

The participants with the highest scores will represent East Kazakhstan region at the Republican round of the Forum.
