Mathematical Regatta Republican Olympiad for math teachers

On March 4, 2025, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held the regional round of the Mathematical Regatta Republican Olympiad for math teachers.

The goal of the Olympiad was to encourage teachers to achieve high results in their professional activities.

18 teachers across the region and specialized educational organizations participated in the Olympiad.

The winners and prize-winners of the regional round were awarded I, II, III-Degree Diplomas of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

According to the decision of the Competition Committee, the following teachers received diplomas:

I place - Akniet D. Ilyasov, a math teacher of School-Nursery-Kindergarten Complex of Samar district;

II place - Zhazira A. Cheketayeva, a math teacher of N. Ostrovsky Kurchum Secondary School No. 4 of Kurchum district;

III place - Nazigul K. Zhilmaspayeva, a math teacher of S. Lastayev Secondary School of Katon-Karagai district;

III place - Maxim A. Konovalov, a math teacher of I.M. Astafyev Comprehensive Secondary School of Shemonaikha district.

The winners of the Olympiad (a team of four teachers) will participate in the Mathematical Regatta Republican Olympiad to be held on March 27-28, 2025 in Semey city, Abai region.

The moderator is Gulzhan M. Abysheva, Head of Methodological Department of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.
