From March 3, 2025, kindergartens of Ust-Kamenogorsk city started to use voucher-based funding

Starting today, parents can submit applications for vouchers on the portal balabaqsha.snation.kz. A voucher queue has been automatically generated, categorizing applications by applicant, age group, and application date.

The first vouchers will be issued on March 4, enabling children to enroll in available places.  

It is worth noting that 15,000 children who already attend preschool organizations of the city will automatically receive vouchers.

The project aims to boost transparency in the kindergarten financing process, fostering competition and improving the quality of early childhood education.
