Regional workshop “Zharatylystanu-matematika bagytyndagy pander boiynsha koldanylatyn tiymdi adis-tasilder zhane pan oimpiadasyna daiyndau zholdary”

On February 28, 2025, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional workshop for teachers of physics, computer science, chemistry, biology on the topic “Zharatylystanu-matematika bagytyndagy pander boiynsha koldanylatyn tiymdi adis-tasilder zhane pan oimpiadasyna daiyndau zholdary”, in order to share best practices of Bilim Innovation East Kazakhstan Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children.

The key goal of the workshop was to discuss effective methods and techniques used in teaching of the subjects of natural sciences and mathematics, exchange teaching experiences and explore modern methods of preparing for the subject Olympiad.

The workshop covered the following topics: strategies for solving Olympiad tasks; features of working with gifted students; psychological training and motivation.

The practical part of the workshop included open lessons and master classes on solving Olympiad tasks.

The workshop was conducted at a high level, and the participants highlighted its practical relevance. The knowledge and methodologies gained during the workshop will contribute to improving the quality of teaching and better preparing students for Olympiads.
