Regional seminar “Birtutas Tarbiye: Harmony of National Values and Modern Society”

On February 27, 2025, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional seminar titled “Birtutas Tarbiye: Harmony of National Values and Modern Society”. The event took place at Sh. Ualikhanov School-Lyceum No. 3 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

The goal of the seminar was to share and disseminate best practices and provide methodological support for teachers of the region in implementing the Single Education Program in educational organizations of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.

The plenary part of the seminar reviewed the following topics: “Organization of holistic educational work: experience and effectiveness”, “Emotional literacy. Preventing depression and stress”, “National education of primary schoolchildren through the engagement in the Ulttyk Mura Hobby Group”.

The following master classes were presented during the seminar: “Implementing the KamkorLike Volunteer Project as part of the Birtutas Tarbiye Program”, “Children and adolescents in difficult life situations”, “Kurtafello” - a national brand”, “Ways to integrate values into the learning process”, “Center for Pedagogical Support of Parents: collaboration between families and schools”, “Promoting national values in teaching of Social Studies”.

Following the event, during a feedback session, the participants received comprehensive answers to their questions.
