Review of Birtutas Tarbiye Program’s implementation in Altai district

In January, 2025, Örken Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region analyzed the implementation of Reading School Project and Birtutas Tarbiye Program in Altai district.     

The Örken Centre visited 15 educational organizations of Altai district to examine their educational work.  Secondary School No. 9 is equipped by the Kazakhstan Khalkyna Foundation. Four or more hobby groups have been established at the Danalyk Mektebi Clubs, Secondary School No. 9 of Altai town and Pervorossiysk Secondary School are among the best schools for working with the parent community.    

The review also involved analyzing lectures from the Parent Pedagogical Support Centers, and the activities of various clubs such as “Danalyk mektebi”, “Safety lessons”, folders covering preventive measures on bullying, cyberbullying, violence, drug addiction, vaping, religious extremism, vandalism. Methodological support was provided where needed.

Furthermore, the analysis covered the Reading School Projects of school libraries in educational organizations, the creation of bookcrossing corners under the Children’s Library Program, and the conditions for the automation and modernization of libraries to meet current demands.
