Second meeting of the Board of Headmasters “On implementing the national report “Quality Education Accessible for All”

On January 31, 2025, as part of its action plan, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Educational Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held the second meeting of the Board of Headmasters “On implementing the national report “Quality Education Accessible for All” for newly appointed headmasters and deputy headmasters responsible for educational work from schools of the region.

The agenda of the meeting included the issues related to the analysis and assessment of the quality of educational activities, preparation of students under the basic educational programs.

K.T. Baibolova, Acting Head of Methodological Department of Educational Management and Monitoring of Educational Organizations, welcomed the participants of the seminar. She introduced the agenda, highlighting some of the key directions for implementing the national report “Quality Education Accessible for All”.

Head of Methodological Department of International Study and Cooperation - A.K. Mukanova, Deputy Head - A.K. Kurmanbayeva, and a methodologist of the Department - M. Shurshitbai, explained the rules for conducting international study and made a presentation on “Organization and holding PISA-2025 international study”.

In the second part of the meeting, workshops were held for newly appointed headmasters and deputy headmasters “On implementing “Birtutas Tarbiye” comprehensive educational program in schools”.

In the section for headmasters and deputy headmasters with the Kazakh language of instruction, A.E. Abdrakhmanova, deputy headmaster for educational work of Secondary School No. 46 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, shared her work experience on the topic “Birtutas tarbiye” bagdarlamasy. Aldyn alu sharalary”.

In the section for headmasters and deputy headmasters with the Russian language of instruction, A.V. Timofeyeva, deputy headmaster for educational work of Belousovka Secondary School No. 1 of Glubokoe district, shared her work experience on the topic “Mechanisms for implementing Birtutas Tarbiye Program in the educational environment of the school”.

The meeting resulted in the feedback session. The Chair of the Board of Headmasters M.K. Kenchimbayeva, headmaster of Belousovka Secondary School No. 1 of Glubokoe district, summed up the meeting and answered the participants’ questions.
