Regional competition “Successful Manager – 2024”

“A headmaster is a leader, a headmaster is intelligence, a headmaster is a competent individual!”

These words marked the beginning of the annual regional competition “Successful Manager – 2024” for leaders of educational organizations, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Teacher-Innovator K.N. Nurgaliyev.    

The professional competition “Successful Manager – 2024” is focused on identifying and supporting innovative projects and methods, promoting efficient, advanced, and innovative management in educational organizations.  

Each participant presented the results of their work at 4 rounds according to the Regulations of the competition. 

According to the results of the regional competition, the Commission named the following winners:

Grand Prix – Gulzhan T. Tulegenova, headmaster of S. Lastayev Secondary School of Education Department of Katon-Karagai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

I place - Nazigul M. Shomatova, headmaster of Secondary School No. 9 of Education Department of Altai town of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

II place – Nurzhanat K. Okatayeva, headmaster of School-Kindergarten-Complex of Akkala settlement of Education Department of Samar district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

III place - Elvira B. Bytykova - headmaster of Secondary School No. 11 of Education Department of Ridder town of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

The following nominations were awarded:

“Best case study in school infrastructure creation and development” - Adil Sailaubek, headmaster of Shakarim School No. 1 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

“Best case study in inclusive education” - Karlygash B. Alinova, headmaster of Kainarly Basic School of Education Department of Markakol district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

“Successful rural school manager” - Gulbarshin G. Satiyeva, headmaster of Zharsu Secondary School of Education Department of Zaisan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region; 

“Innovations in educational organization management” - Kulsagat K. Skakova, headmaster of Balgyn Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Ulken Naryn district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

“For contribution to educational environment digitalization” - Ruslan E. Zhaksylykov, headmaster of Maloubinka Secondary School of Education Department of Glubokoe district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

“Best innovative solution in the educational process” - Ernaz N. Mukhametualiyev, headmaster of Proletarian Basic School of Education Department of Ulan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
