A New Year’s Fairy Tale Brings Miracles...

On December 24, 2024, the Combat Palace hosted a spectacular New Year’s Celebration for 150 children with special educational needs. This event, organized on behalf of the President and Akim of the region, was a magical journey into the world of fairy tales and wonders for these children.

Under the glow of festive lights, the children met Ded Moroz (Father Frost), Snegurochka (The Snow Maiden), and beloved cartoon characters. A magical atmosphere, joy, gifts, and fun games made the day unforgettable for every participant.

The event was even more special with the participation of E.Z. Nurgaliyev, Deputy Akim of East Kazakhstan region and I.A. Chernysheva, Head of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region. On behalf of the Akim of the region, all the children received not only the traditional “sweets” and toys but also cash certificates worth KZT150,000.

The New Year’s Celebration filled the children’s hearts with unforgettable emotions and the belief that dreams can come true. Caring for children with special educational needs has become an important part of the national policy.
