I.A. Chernysheva, Head of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region met with teachers of the region who joined the Republican Personnel Reserve in 2024 under the Program “1000 Leaders of Changes in Education”

On December 19, 2024, I.A. Chernysheva, Head of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, met with teachers of the region who joined the Republican Personnel Reserve in 2024 under the Program “1000 Leaders of Changes in Education”. The educators completed a professional development course at Teaching Excellence Center of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools – “Personnel Reserve of School Leaders: Potential and Development Strategies”, aimed at developing a new generation of educational leaders. 16 teachers were selected from the region this year. At the meeting, the teachers discussed the skills, knowledge, and competencies they gained for effective school management. Also at the meeting, the head of the Administration outlined the importance and significance of sharing their experience with other teachers of educational organizations of the region.
