Meeting with a reserve member of “1000 Leaders of Changes in Education” Project
On December 13, 2024, Vocational Education Center of East Kazakhstan region organized a ZOOM meeting with Akmaral B. Bolgibayeva, an educator of biology and special disciplines of Abai East Kazakhstan College of Humanities, who is a reserve member of the republican project “1000 Leaders of Changes in Education”.
The project “1000 Leaders of Changes in Education” was launched in 2023 on behalf of the Head of State in order to develop effective management practices and create a personnel reserve of skilled leaders to enhance the education quality.
During her presentation, Akmaral B. Bolgibayeva outlined the project’s educational program, including a professional development course for training future leaders of organizations of technical and professional, post-secondary education “Leaders of change: a new approach to managing a modern college”, aimed at building professional, personal and managerial competencies needed for effective college management based on leadership concepts.
The meeting was attended by deputy directors, methodologists and educators of technical and vocational education organizations.
Following the presentation, during the feedback session, the speaker answered the participants’ questions.
