A general legal training seminar on “Cultivating Anti-Corruption Culture” and “Preventing legal violations when using an electronic digital signature” for educational organizations of Ulken-Naryn district

On November 26, 2024, Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, jointly with Education Department of Ulken-Naryn district, held a general legal training seminar on “Cultivating Anti-Corruption Culture” and “Preventing legal violations when using an electronic digital signature” for educational organizations of Katon-Karagai district, in order to implement a comprehensive action plan aimed at fostering an anti-corruption culture.   During the seminar, D. Kaldybayev, a chief expert-lawyer of Organizational Work and Human Resources Department of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region provided insights on establishing an anti-corruption culture in public organizations, criminal or administrative liabilities of individuals involved in bribery, including both the giver and receiver, as stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They also discussed the correct use of electronic digital signatures, the prevention of legal violations, and the responsibilities outlined by law.
