Results of regional round of Republican Linguistics Olympiad

On November 20, 2024, S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University hosted the regional round of the Republican Linguistics Olympiad for 8th to 11th graders.

The goal of the Olympiad was to identify, develop and support gifted school students, enhancing their applied linguistics knowledge.

The winners of the district (city) rounds participated in the Olympiad.

The learners analyzed and solved several tasks within a set time limit, typically using unfamiliar languages.   

According to the results of the Olympiad, 31 participants won prizes (I place - 5 students, II place - 9 students, III place - 17 students).
