PRESS RELEASE of regional competition “Best Local History Lesson - 2024”

On November 15, 2024, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region is holding a regional competition “Best Local History Lesson - 2024”. 

The goal of the competition is to increase the importance of the local history studies, facilitate the exchange of teachers’ pedagogical experience, and disseminate best practices.

Teachers of Kazakh literature, history of Kazakhstan, geography, music, Kazakh language and literature from secondary schools of East Kazakhstan region with the Russian language of instruction will participated in the competition.   

The competition consists of 2 rounds:

Round I - district/ city

Round II - winners of the district/city round advance to the regional round.

The winners of the competition will receive diplomas of I, II, III degrees. The special nominations will be also awarded: “Creative teacher”, “Research-oriented   teacher”, “Artistic teacher”, “Innovative teacher”, “Digitally literate teacher”.
