Information about the board meeting of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region with the participation of Deputy Akim of East Kazakhstan region E. Nurgaliyev

On November 1, 2024, the board meeting of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region was held with the participation of Deputy Akim of East Kazakhstan region E.Zh. Nurgaliyev. The meeting was attended by 340 people, including deputy akims of districts and cities, heads of education departments, heads of methodological offices, headmasters of schools and directors of colleges, deputy headmasters of schools and deputy directors of colleges responsible for educational work, as well as directors of Education Quality Assurance Department of East Kazakhstan region, East Kazakhstan regional branch of Orleu National Centre for Professional Development JSC Institute for Professional Development of Educators, Teaching Excellence Center of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.

The meeting addressed current issues and future development of the education system. They also reviewed the achievements and plans for implementing the project “943 - development of target schools of the country” in East Kazakhstan region. Furthermore, they discussed the development of technical education and the importance of vocational skills. Creating a safe environment in educational organizations is a crucial issue today. Moreover, they discussed mechanisms for management and control.

The meeting resulted in providing specific recommendations and solutions in order to improve the current state of the education system.

The board meeting continued with two section sessions. During the first session, Deputy Akim of the region E.Zh. Nurgaliyev met with headmasters and directors of secondary, special, technical and vocational education organizations, as well as deputy headmasters and directors responsible for educational work. During the second session, Director of Education Quality Assurance Department of East Kazakhstan region, A.O. Baizhanova, discussed the issues of certification of educational organizations with heads of education departments and heads of methodological offices.
