A workshop for educational assistants, speech therapists and educators of Aizhuldyz Nursery-Kindergarten of Education Department of Ulan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region

On October 28, 2024, Aizhuldyz Nursery-Kindergarten of Education Department of Ulan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region hosted a workshop for educational assistants, speech therapists and educators. The workshop was led by specialists from Asyl Miras Autism Center, who provided methodological support for educational assistants, shared their methods for working with children with ASD, and also practically demonstrated the techniques for managing aggressive behavior of children with autism. Educators asked questions about problematic issues they face in their work and received comprehensive answers. They also arranged for educational assistants to attend classes at Autism Center to see these methods in action. Methodological information booklets and methodological recommendations were given to teachers.
