A Single Open Day

As part of the vacation school, a Single Open Day was held in the Kazakh Language Centers, established at schools of Altai, Glubokoe, Shemonaikha districts and Ridder town. This event became a true celebration for schoolchildren and their parents.

A Single Open Day took place simultaneously at 17 Kazakh Language Centers at schools with the Russian language of instruction. 121 Kazakh language learning groups brought together children and adults, with a total of 1,812 participants. An exciting program was prepared for the visitors, immersing them in the world of the Kazakh language, creating an atmosphere where knowledge is acquired easily and joyfully.

The goal of the event was to create a relaxed and lively language environment where children and parents can feel free to practice the Kazakh spoken language. Teachers conducted master classes with communicative games and interactive tasks, creating conditions for natural communication and language use. Parents also were not left out: they received individual consultations on how to inspire their children to learn the language, maintain their interest throughout the school year and effectively use resources for classes at home.

A matter of special attention of visitors was the consultation corner, where they could learn about the best ways to work with educational materials and QR codes providing access to additional language resources.

This is a place for new discoveries, where parents and children found answers to their questions and shared their experiences.

The opening of Language Centers was a significant event, creating new conditions for the natural learning of the Kazakh language, where knowledge is acquired not only through classroom lessons, but also through live communication.
