Regional round of Republican competition of professional skills among educators of technical and vocational education organizations in mining and metallurgical sector

On 7-9 October, 2024, Ridder College hosted the regional round of the Republican competition of professional skills in mining and metallurgical sector.

The regional competition included two competencies “Underground mining of mineral deposits”, “Mineral processing (ore dressing)”, with the results announced.

The following experts evaluated the participants of the competition: chief specialists of the labor safety service, technical managers for industrial safety and environmental protection from Kazzinc LLP, technical managers in mining planning and mining operations from Kazzinc-Shakhtostroy, heads of the pilot industrial site, masters of the filter house, preparator from Kazzinc LLP.

According to the results of the competition, the winners are.

I place: “Underground mining of mineral deposits” – F.E. Ualikhanov, “Mineral processing (ore dressing)” - I.V. Agazhayeva;

II place: “Underground mining of mineral deposits” – G.Yu. Galyshev, “Mineral enrichment (ore enrichment)” - A.I. Tyurina;

III place: “Underground mining of mineral deposits” – A.M. Nurbusinov, “Mineral enrichment (ore enrichment)” - T.L. Afanasyeva.

The winners were awarded diplomas, all participants received certificates.
