Three-day workshop “Quality education management in schools: from strategy to practice” concludes

Today, on September 27, the third day of the workshop for leaders of target schools of East Kazakhstan region “Quality education management in schools: from strategy to practice” focused on “Quality management and intra-school control”. This event addressed current issues related to quality improvement in the education system.

The speakers of the workshop were the representatives from Education Quality Assurance Department of East Kazakhstan region, who, along with the participants discussed standards and methods of quality assurance in educational organizations. The principles and approaches to quality management were thoroughly examined, defining their importance in the educational process.

The discussion also covered the organization of monitoring and assessment. The participants shared information on effective methods of systematic assessment and monitoring of school activities, as well as presented practical approaches.

During the workshop, a key discussion took place on the tasks and mechanisms of intra-school control. They discussed the goals and objectives of the control system, as well as approaches to the organization of intra-school control. School leaders were presented with effective monitoring tools and procedures that will obviously give a new boost to their work.

Experienced speakers-headmasters shared successful case studies and presented practical experience in intra-school quality control and management. These practices will provide real assistance to participants in improving quality management in their schools.

The workshop provided valuable information for effective organizing education and intra-school control. The participants intend to take concrete steps to improve the activities of their schools, enriching their experience through knowledge sharing.

At the final discussion session of the workshop, the Project Office members responsible for the project reviewed the actions within the framework of the project and discussed the measures taken to improve quality. The participants also received methodological recommendations.

Following the results of the three-day workshop, the participants provided feedback and received certificates. This three-day workshop enabled school leaders to update their knowledge and improve their experience.
