Regional methodological workshop “Organizing effective methodological work as a key to educator professional growth”

On September 26, 2024, Vocational Education Center of East Kazakhstan region held a methodological workshop titled “Organizing effective methodological work as a key to educator professional growth” for methodologists and deputy directors responsible for educational and vocational work of the technical and vocational education system.

The goal of the workshop was to create conditions and organize methodological work to support educators’ personal development and professional growth.

L.T. Kezdikbayeva, Deputy Director of Vocational Education Center of East Kazakhstan region welcomed the participants of the workshop, and analyzed the work of the Methodological Department.

During the workshop, M.Zh. Amirzhanova, a chief manager of Talap NAO, briefed the participants on the results of monitoring the Educational Programs Register and commented on the key challenges related to the inclusion of educational programs in the Register of Talap NAO.  

E.T. Shaumenova, head of the Department for Methodological Support of Educational Process, presented an analysis of educator certification and provided methodological recommendations on key issues related to the certification process, according to the Order of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 72 dated April 2, 2024 “Rules and conditions for educator certification”, and also presented an analysis of educational programs included in the Register of Talap NAO.

K.K. Jantekeyeva, Deputy Director of Vocational Education Center of East Kazakhstan region, conducted practical work with methodologists on organizing and preparing for professional skills competitions on the CIS platform.

Following the workshop, during the feedback, the speakers answered the participants’ questions and provided recommendations for further work.
