📌 The first day of the workshop “Education Quality Management in Schools: from Strategy to Practice” was successfully completed!

🎓 Today, on September 25, headmasters and deputy headmasters of target schools of East Kazakhstan region began a three-day workshop.

The event was opened by the Chair of the Secondary Education Committee of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kanybek B. Zhumashev. Welcome addresses were also delivered by the Head of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region Inessa A. Chernysheva and the Director of the East Kazakhstan regional branch of Orleu JSC Gauhar S. Zhumanova.

💼 On the first day, the participants:

• Conducted a strategic analysis of the state of their schools.
• Dived into the diagnosis of problems and weaknesses in educational organizations.
• Received training on conducting SWOT analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Discussed setting achievable goals and planning development based on KPIs.

💠 Special attention was paid to the professional development of teachers in the context of the project, as well as the exchange of successful case studies. This day marked a significant step towards improving the quality of educational process management. We eagerly wait for the continuation and new discoveries!
