Training workshop for educators working with orphaned children and children without parental care

On September 25, 2024, the Committee for Children's Rights Protection of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, jointly with the El Umiti Corporate Foundation, held a training workshop for educators of educational institutions of East Kazakhstan and Abai regions working with orphans and children without parental care. The event took place at Sh. Ualikhanov School-Lyceum No. 3 in Ust-Kamenogorsk city. 

The event was attended by 40 participants, including headmasters, deputy headmasters, teachers, psychologists and social educators of the above-mentioned educational organizations.

During the training workshop, the trainer of the El Umiti Corporate Foundation Dinara A. Zhumabayeva, demonstrated the 4K methods for diagnosing abilities and developing skills.

The workshop resulted in the feedback session and adoption of recommendations. All participants received certificates.
