Regional competition “Most reading family”

On September 23, 2024, Örken Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, as part of the Reading School Project held a regional video competition “Most reading family”.

12 reading families took part in the regional competition and presented their creative works in the form of video clips.

Each work showcased vivid and interesting family stories. Children, moms and dads, grandparents and whole family teams not only demonstrated their passion for their favorite books, but also showed their artistic talents, acting skills, and directing abilities. 

According to the results of the Competition, the winners are:

Among students of grades 1-4 and their families:

First Degree Diploma - Danil Shelepov (the Shelepovs), a 1st grader of M. Gorky Basic Secondary School of Education Department of Ridder town of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Second Degree Diploma – Asylbek Ademi (the Oskenbayevs), a 3rd grader of M. Auezov Secondary School of Education Department of Zaisan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Second Degree Diploma – Mikhail Nalimov (the Andronovs), a 1st grader of Primary School No. 1 of Altai town of Education Department of Altai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Third Degree Diploma – Aizere Bayangazinova (the Eskendyrovs), a 4th grader of M. Mayemer Secondary School of Education Department of Katon-Karagai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Third Degree Diploma – Tair Urozayev (the Urozayevs), a 4th grader of Barashev Secondary School of Education Department of Shemonaikha district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

Among learners of grades 5-7 and their families:

First Degree Diploma – Darya Alekseyeva (the Alekseyevs), a 5th grader of Lyceum School No. 1 of Altai town of Education Department of Altai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

The Commission named the following nominations:

“Active reader” is Birzhan Sanzhar (the Nurakhmetovs), a 1st grader of Zaki Akhmetov Secondary School No. 16 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

“Active reader” is Ulyana Tselovalnik (the Tselovalniks), a 2nd grader of Y. Altynsarin Primary School of Education Department of Samar district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

“Erudite reader” - Alikhan Kakyshev (the Kakyshevs), a 5th grader of Sadyk Tukibayev Enbek Secondary School of Education Department of Katon-Karagai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

“Creative reader” - Aldiyar Nugymerov (the Doldanovs), a 5th grader of Yuri Gagarin Secondary School of Education Department of Zaisan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

“Family of book lovers” - Aisulu Zhumagaliyeva (the Zhumagaliyevs), a 5th grader of K. Bilyalov Lyceum School of Education Department of Tarbagatai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

All the family teams showed talent, imagination, skill and love of reading. The strong family spirit and traditions of family reading played an important role in fulfilling the tasks.
