Regional workshop “The role of external relations in addressing the internal challenges of a boarding school”

On September 20, 2024, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional workshop on the topic “The role of external relations in addressing the internal challenges of a boarding school”, according to the annual plan of the Centre, in order to share the experience of Special Boarding School No. 1 of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

The event was attended by methodologists from district education departments, the head of Dana Bala Center for Continuous and Inclusive Education A.K. Alipova and a trainer-expert, associate professor of Psychology and Correctional Pedagogy Department at S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University Yu.E. Kukina, leaders and teachers of special educational organizations, a total of 35 educators.    

During the workshop, the teachers from Special Boarding School No. 1 of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region demonstrated the school's experience in teaching and educating children with special educational needs, their socialization, career guidance and self-realization in society through external relations and social partnership.

The workshop resulted in the feedback session. The Center presented a busy board to the school, the participants received certificates.
