Training meeting on some issues related to the implementation of the Project “943 – Development of Target Schools in the Country”

On September 9, 2024, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, jointly with the East Kazakhstan regional branch of Orleu National Centre for Professional Development JSC Institute for Professional Development of Educators held a training meeting on the implementation of the September Action Plan for methodologists-supervisors of district/city education departments, 25 headmasters and their deputies for academic affairs responsible for the project.

During the event, the Director of the East Kazakhstan regional branch of Orleu National Centre for Professional Development JSC Institute for Professional Development of Educators, G.S. Zhumanova, briefed the participants on the Post–Course Support Plan for methodologists, emphasizing the development and conduction of practical workshops. The project participants were also introduced to the methodologists, curators and coordinators from the East Kazakhstan regional branch of Orleu National Centre for Professional Development JSC Institute for Professional Development of Educators for joint work in the 2024-2025 academic year.

B.A. Raimbekova, the Head of Methodological Department of Educational Management and Monitoring of Educational Organization’s Activities drew attention to key points and directions in developing individual profiles of target schools.

Acting headmaster of Secondary School No. 13 of Ust-Kamenogorsk city S.M. Bugayeva and deputy headmaster for academic affairs N.R. Dorn, presented an analysis of all elements of the individual profile and the school development program as an example.

Following the results of the event, the methodologists were tasked to conduct a comprehensive analysis based on the individual profile of the target school and the school development program. The participants' questions were answered and methodological recommendations were provided.

A total of 64 people participated in the meeting.
