Serving to protect children’s rights in East Kazakhstan region

Today, on the eve of the Constitution Day, Deputy Akim of East Kazakhstan region E.Zh. Nurgaliyev held a meeting with the Regional Commissioner for Children's Rights A.A. Kalenova.

During the meeting, they discussed the issues of ensuring basic guarantees of children’ rights and legitimate interests, as well as restoring their violated rights and freedoms in cooperation with state and public institutions at the relevant administrative-territorial unit. They also addressed the plans and projects to promote the rights and interests of children in the region.

Following the meeting, the Regional Children's Ombudsman was presented with an official ID.
