Results of the Training Courses for teachers of physics and computer science in secondary schools of East Kazakhstan region

From July, 22 to August 17, 2024, a total of 200 teachers of physics and computer science completed their training courses, held at the following secondary schools of Ust-Kamenogorsk city: Secondary School No. 46 and School Gymnasium No. 12.

These courses enable teachers efficiently and comprehensively to use Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, as well as to master advanced technologies used in the educational process.

The teachers studied architecture and created simple schemes for building the Arduino hardware computing platform, gained skills in algorithm development and data structures using the Python programming language, created mobile applications for Android and iOS operating systems, and developed artificial intelligence models.

The teachers will apply the acquired knowledge in the variable components, group activities in physics and computer science for 7th to 11th graders.
