“Taza Kazakhstan”: a new service for reporting environmental concerns

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as part of the large-scale campaign “Taza Kazakhstan”, has developed a new service for reporting urban and environmental issues via a convenient telegram chatbot @TazaQazBot.

This allows every concerned resident of the country to instantly photograph problem areas or upload photos from their gallery, indicating the location and providing detailed descriptions of the problem.

All information is submitted as a request to the operator from the local executive body, who categorizes it and assigns a responsible person.

Moreover, residents can report a wide range of problems related to the condition of roads, parks, entrances, lighting, landscaping and sanitary conditions of public and private areas.

Depending on the category of the request, a timeframe is automatically set within which the responsible person must complete the task. Upon completion of the work, the responsible person attaches a photo and, if necessary, a comment. 

Users will receive notifications directly in the Telegram bot about the assignment of the responsible person and the completion of the work. After the request is completed, they can rate the quality of the work performed and view all their requests.

The Taza Kazakhstan service is aimed at improving the quality of life of the population of our country, providing every citizen with the opportunity to actively participate in maintaining cleanliness and order.
