Starting from July 28, 2024, access is open to register to the preschool waiting list for children up to 6 years of age in East Kazakhstan region.

You can register an application to join the preschool waiting list via the e-Government Portal (egov.kz ) or a digital platform balabaqsha.snation.kz.

List of required documents:

1) an application of the service recipient in the form of an electronic document;

2) an electronic copy of the certificate issued from the place of work of a military officer or an employee of special state agencies, law enforcement agencies, dispatch service, certified by the signature of an authorized person and seal (valid for one month from the date of issue);

3) a certificate from the place of work of a teacher, a healthcare worker, certified by the signature of the head of the organization and seal (valid for one month from the date of issue);

4) an electronic copy of the conclusion of the psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation for children with disabilities (if available);

5) an electronic copy of the document of the phthisiatrician when queuing for the sanatorium preschool organization.
