Another session of school language camps flew by in one breath. While the preparation and work required significant efforts from teachers, it all paid off with a sense of accomplishment and joy stemming from their creative, professional and emotional communication with children. Language camps became a bright event leaving a lasting impression on everyone involved.
These language camps with immersion in Kazakh, Russian and English, have proven to be a successful project for each teacher of language disciplines, as well as for the entire school staff.
The success of the language camps can be measured by the pedagogical advantages of learning through fostering physical activity of the child, boosting self-confidence and self-esteem, developing psychological resilience through targeted pedagogical support, overcoming anxiety and fears, providing a break from the Internet, improving artistic, creative and athletic abilities, cultivating a sense of independence and self-discipline, fostering a sense of community, the ability to cooperate, respect for different opinions and teamwork.
Perhaps, the most important outcome was the children's successful mastery of the vocabulary minimum outlined in the language camp programs.
