Seminar-meeting involving the Department of East Kazakhstan region of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan to clarify the norms of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and examine citizens' appeals on the single platform “E-Otinish”

On May 17, 2024, Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, jointly with the Department of East Kazakhstan region of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held a seminar-meeting to clarify the norms of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and examine citizens' appeals on the single E-Otinish platform. The seminar was attended by the representatives of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, heads and responsible persons of city and district education departments, regional educational organizations, as well as subordinate organizations under Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region. Dinara A. Tyulentayeva, Head of Appeals’ Analysis and Control Sector of the Department, demonstrated the algorithm of actions for recording and registering citizens' appeals.  She clarified the norms and the necessity of complying with the requirements of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan when considering appeals, and also warned about the responsibility of the first chief executive officers and executors for violating the requirements. Furthermore, the senior prosecutor of the Department, Asel A. Kaliyeva, emphasized the necessity for participants to strictly observe the deadlines for considering appeals from individuals and legal entities. The seminar was accompanied by a slide presentation. Participants actively participated in the seminar-meeting, raising current issues that arose while working on the single platform “E-Otinish”.
