Announcement

Dear parents!

In order to ensure the openness and transparency in the allocation of places in preschool organizations, a Single Line Queue System has been developed. The new model allows families to choose up to four kindergartens based on family preferences.

From May 22, 2024, East Kazakhstan region is starting the transfer of queue data to the Single Line Queue System. In this regard, the process of providing public services related to applying for places and receiving placements in preschool organizations will be suspended starting from May 22, 2024.

The provision of these public services will be resumed once the data transfer process is complete. We will provide updates on the timeline additionally.

We appreciate your understanding during this transition.
