Announcement of a competition among universities for placing a state educational order for training personnel with higher education

The subject of the competition:

The state educational order for training personnel with higher education from the funds of the local budget for the 2024-2025 academic year.

The organizer of the competition:

Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

Deadline for submission of competition applications: from May 27, 2024 to May 31, 2024, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Information about the competition:

The competition is held in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 29, 2016 No. 122 “On approval of the Rules for placing a state educational order for training personnel with higher and postgraduate education, taking into account the labor market needs, for preparatory departments of organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education” (hereinafter - the Rules).

To participate in the competition for placing a state educational order for training personnel with higher education, universities submit an electronic competition application to the Office of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, including the following documents:

       1) an application from a higher educational institution in the prescribed form according to Appendix 1 to these Rules;

       2) a questionnaire from a higher educational institution in the prescribed form according to Appendix 2 to these Rules;

       3) an information card from a higher educational institution in the prescribed form according to Appendix 3 to these Rules;

4) proposals for placing a state educational order for training personnel with higher and postgraduate education for the respective academic year in the prescribed form, according to Annex 4 to these Rules.

         The documents included in the competitive application are numbered, signed by the first head of the University, sealed and submitted to the Office of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region in electronic format.

         The competition application is sent to the local executive agency no later than the time and date specified in the announcement of the competition. A competition application received after the deadline for submission, regardless of the reasons for the delay, will not be considered. Making any changes to the competition applications after the deadline for their submission is not allowed.

         The Commission of the local executive agency reviews the competition applications within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of application submission, determines their compliance with the requirements of the competition documentation.
