Seminar-meeting on implementing the Standard Baseline Direction No. 4 (SBD-4) “Corruption Prevention” for 2024 with the participation of representatives from the SBD-4 Project Office and the Commissioner for Ethics of Akim’s Office of East Kazakhstan region

On April 16, 2024, the SBD-4 project group “Corruption Prevention”, jointly with the Commissioner for Ethics of Akim’s Office of East Kazakhstan region, held a seminar-meeting on the issue of organizing the implementation of the SBD-4 Project Roadmap for 2024.               

The seminar was attended by representatives from Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, heads of district and city education departments, heads of regional educational organizations and centers subordinate to Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, as well as compliance officers. The subject of the training included issues of timely and quality implementation of the SBD-4 project in 2024, the methodology of conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks, as well as the independent completion of the anti-corruption online course “Fundamentals of corruption prevention, requirements of the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan” by civil servants, including those who joined the civil service for the first time, in the Documentolog IS, the norms and standards of professional ethics of civil servants, responsibility for violation of professional ethics. The training was accompanied by slide presentations. The participants actively engaged in the seminar.
