Third session of “Young Leadership Reserve Schools-2024”

The third session titled “Legal foundations of management. Fundamentals of legal interactions and HR management” as part of the project “Young Leadership Reserve Schools” took place on 26-28 March, 2024, according to the annual plan of Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region. The course lectures were delivered by Bibigul A. Kasymova, headmaster of Sh. Bashikov Basic School of Education Department of Ulan district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region and Zhazira A. Mukasheva, headmaster of Gymnasium School No. 12 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

The goal of the Reserve School is to prepare qualified specialists ready for leadership roles in educational organizations of the region.

The course program included both theoretical and practical sections. In the theoretical section, the lecturers familiarized the participants with normative legal documents, state educational standards, orders of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and constitutive documents of educational organizations.

In the practical section, the participants did their home tasks, developed curricula, School Development Programs, handled labor disputes and, upon completion of the course, presented and defended a project on a modern school model.

The participants of the Reserve School once again received the necessary and valuable information for their further work.

The final session of Young Leadership Reserve Schools will be held in May this year.
