Discussion of topical issues of education

On March 27, 2024, all leaders of educational organizations of the region took part in the meeting chaired by Deputy Akim of East Kazakhstan region Darkhan B. Sapanov.

During the meeting, the Head of Education Administration I.A. Chernysheva, reported on the progress of implementing the Roadmap developed in compliance of the National Report “Quality Education Accessible to Everyone”.

K.T. Tutkushev, the Head of the Department for Ensuring Anti-Terrorist Commission’s Activities of Akim’s Office of East Kazakhstan region, informed of the requirements for ensuring the safety of students and pupils of educational organizations of the region.

Additionally, the meeting discussed current issues related to identifying and preventing violence against minors. Useful recommendations were provided by acting director of the newly created Regional Center for Psychological Support and Assistance L.P. Kuzemko.

This year, more than 6,000 teachers will undergo the certification procedure according to the new rules. The Head of Preschool, General Secondary Education Department of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region B.Zh Kozybayeva briefed the participants on key aspects of preparing for the certification of teachers, heads and deputy heads of educational organizations and methodologists.

Following the meeting, appropriate decisions were made taking into account the opinions and suggestions.
