General legal educational seminar on “Building Anti-Corruption Culture” and “Preventing law violations while using an electronic digital signature” for educational organizations of Altai district

On March 27, 2024, in order to implement the comprehensive action plan for building an anti-corruption culture, Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, jointly with Education Department of Altai district, held a general legal educational seminar via ZOOM on the topics “Building Anti-Corruption Culture” and “Preventing law violations while using an electronic digital signature” for educational organizations of Altai district.  During the seminar, the chief expert-lawyer of Organizational and HR Department of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region D. Kaldybayev explained the issues related to building an anti-corruption culture in public institutions, criminal or administrative responsibility of the person who receives or gives a bribe, as well as the mediator as stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the correct use of electronic digital signature, crime prevention, responsibility outlined by the law.
