Legal educational seminar on the topics “Cultivating an anti-corruption culture” and “Preventing law violations when using an electronic digital signature” for educational organizations of Zaisan district

On March 19, 2024, in order to implement a comprehensive action plan on cultivating an anti-corruption culture, Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, jointly with Education Department of Zaisan district, held an educational seminar on the topics “Cultivating an anti-corruption culture” and “Preventing law violations when using an electronic digital signature” for educational organizations of Zaisan district. The event took place at Kh. Mustafina School-Lyceum. During the seminar, a chief expert-lawyer of Organizational Work and HR Department of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region D. Kaldybayev explained the issues related to cultivating an anti-corruption culture in public institutions, criminal or administrative responsibility of a person who received or gave a bribe, as well as intermediaries as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the correct use of electronic digital signature, crime prevention, responsibilities stipulated by law.
