Regional workshop “Application of technologies in the additional education system” as part of the project “Hub School Potential Development in Rural Areas”

On March 14, 2024, in accordance with the action plan of Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, a regional workshop entitled “Application of technologies in the additional education system” as part of the project “Hub School Potential Development in Rural Areas” was held at M. Auezov Secondary School of Education Department of Zaisan district

The goal of the workshop was to cultivate the competitive personality using the opportunities of the educational space.

The workshop was attended by 80 subject teachers from rural and small schools of the region.

In the first part of the event, G. M. Boshayeva, a methodologist of Methodological Department for Education Management and Monitoring of Educational Organizations of Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, delivered a presentation on the topic “Auyl mektebinin damu mumkindikteri men bolashagi”.

In the second part of the workshop – the following teachers of M. Auezov Secondary School shared their work experiences:

1. D. Moldakanova – “Tagamdyk onimderdegi keibir elementerdi anyktau” in a 9th-grade chemistry class;
2. S. Zarykkhanova - “Dybys, dybystyn sipattamalary, akustikalyk rezonans, zhangyryk”, in a 9th-grade physics class;

Sh. A. Smagulova – “Buiymdy oyu-ornek elementterimen bezendiru” in an 8th-grade art and craft lesson;

1. Duanbek – “Ushkyr dop”, in a 7th-grade physical education and sports lesson.

In the main part of the program, in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the equipment acquired through the project “Hub School Potential Development in Rural Areas”:

1. Kainolla –in music on the theme “Muzyka paninde kuzyrettilikti damytu”;

Sh. K. Ospanova - in the art studio “Korkem madeniettin omirdegi korinisin koru kabiletin damytu”;

1. K. Mursalimova – a primary school teacher on the topic “Zharatylystanu pani boiynsha zertteu, tazhiribelik zhumystardyn tiimdiligi”;
2. K. Tundykbayeva, S. I. Kegenova, A. K. Kumarbekova, A. Turkestan, K. Orazkhanova held master classes on the topic “STEM technologiyalardy koldanu, arturli panderdi integraziyalau”.

Using the opportunities of equipped classrooms through the Permanent Education Development Fund, school teachers who were granted the opportunity to implement research works and projects, presented 14 projects: Khimiya omirde, Tazhiribelik alan “Eko-Bolashak”, Inzhenerlik oy, Ulagat, Zhas tilshiler (TV studio), Shakhmat. Togyzkumalak, Nagyz kazak – dombra, Shabyt, Ozime zhane ozgege bir kadam, Mektep tynysy, “Zhetkinshektin zheti zhargysy” debate club, “Art master” art studio, Sport – densaulyk kepili, Zhas ziyatker. It was noted that learners, defending their own projects, got used to independent work and adapted to conducting research.

According to the program of the workshop, 4 open lessons, 4 master classes were held, 14 projects were presented.

During a feedback session following the workshop, the participants thanked the speakers who shared their experiences during the workshop and exchanged views on how they help use the theoretical and practical knowledge gained in their activities.
