Regional round of Republican Olympiad “Mathematical Regatta”

On March 4, 2024, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held the regional round of the Republican Olympiad “Mathematical Regatta” for teachers of mathematics.

The goal of the Olympiad is to encourage teachers of mathematics to achieve high results in their professional activities.

14 teachers of the region and specialized educational organizations participated in the Olympiad.

The winners and prize-winners of the regional round were awarded I, II, III Degree Diplomas from Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

By the decision of the Competition Commission, the diplomas were awarded to:

- Tynyshbek S. Anuarbekov, a teacher of mathematics of BILIM INNOVATION East Kazakhstan Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children of Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

- Larisa Yu. Semenyuk, a teacher of mathematics of October Secondary School of Education Department of Altai district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

- Arai K. Murzakanova, Maralikha Secondary School of Education Department of Kurchum district of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region;

- Irina N. Kovanova, Regional Specialized IT School-Lyceum of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

The winners of the Olympiad (a team of four teachers) will participate in the Republican Olympiad “Mathematical Regatta” on March 26-27, 2024 in Ust-Kamenogorsk city.
