The regional round of the Republican Pedagogical Olympiad “Talented Teacher for Gifted Children”

On February 15, 2024, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a regional competition of the Pedagogical Olympiad entitled “Talented Teacher for Gifted Children” among young teachers of education organizations of the region, with the aim of creating conditions for the development of creative potential and self-development of young teachers, as well as shaping a professional attitude towards enhancing the education system.

         The Olympiad was attended by 20 young teachers with 0-5 years of teaching experience - counselors, psychologists, teachers from education organizations of Altai, Glubokoe, Zaisan, Katon-Karagai, Kurchum, Samar, Tarbagatai, Ulan districts, Ridder town, Ust-Kamenogorsk city, BILIM INNOVATION Specialized Lyceum for Gifted Children of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, Regional Specialized School - Lyceum for Gifted Children in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Boarding School for Gifted Children, Regional Specialized IT School-Lyceum of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.  

         During the Olympiad, the participants presented their professional experience, ideas and projects.

         The Regional Competition Commission evaluated professional skills, compliance with modern requirements, and communication abilities of the participants of the regional round of the Republican Pedagogical Olympiad.

         According to the decision of the Competition Commission, the winners and prize-winners of the competition are:

         I place - Ykylaszhan N. Dosbolov, a teacher of mathematics of School Nursery Kindergarten Complex of Education Department of Samar district;

II place - Rakhymbiuly Nurtas, a teacher of mathematics of Karatal Secondary School of Education Department of Zaisan district;

II place – Raikhan R. Rinatova, a teacher of biology of Secondary School No. 49 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

         II place – Talant S. Meirambayev, a senior counselor of M. Shayakhmetov Secondary School No.23 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

         III place – Iliyas M. Bayakhmetov, a teacher of history of Abai Secondary School Education Department of Tarbagai district;

         III place – Daria A. Kalyakina, a teacher of Russian language and literature D.Kunayev Secondary School No. 3 of Education Department of Ridder town;

         III place – Ayaulym Zh. Fazymova, a teacher-psychologist of Sh.Ualikhanov School Lyceum No. 3 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city;

         III place – Inessa S. Demyanova, a teacher of Russian language and literature of Regional Specialized Lyceum School for Gifted Children in Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science.

         The outstanding participants of the Olympiad were awarded the following nominations:

“Shygarmashyl ustaz” – Ayaulym Zh. Zhanatova, a teacher of Kazakh language and literature of Belousovka Secondary School No. 1 of Education Department of Glubokoe district;

         “Shygarmashyl ustaz” – Umit A. Kabdesh, a teacher of mathematics of A.Pushkin Secondary School of Education Department of Ulan district.

         The winners and prize-winners were awarded diplomas and certificates from Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

         8 participants who won in the regional round will represent our region at the Republican Olympiad.
