On holding a working meeting on measles prevention

Today, on January 26, 2024, Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a meeting with headmasters and directors of schools and colleges of Ust-Kamenogorsk city on measles prevention.

The meeting was attended by representatives of Healthcare Administration of East Kazakhstan region and Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Department of East Kazakhstan region.

Deputy head of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Department of East Kazakhstan region S. E. Slyamgazina familiarized the participants of the meeting with the epidemiological situation on measles in the region and gave explanations on measures to prevent the disease.

The directors and headmasters received answers to their questions about strengthening the efforts to prevent the epidemiological situation on measles, as well as enhancing awareness-raising with parents.
