Announcement of competition among universities to place the state educational order under training personnel with higher education
Competition subject:
The state educational order under training personnel with higher education with funds from the local budget for 2020/2021 academic year.

Competition Information:
The competition is held in accordance with the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 29, 2016 No. 122 “On approval of the Rules to Place the State Educational Order under Training Specialists with Technical Professional, Post-Secondary, Higher and Postgraduate Education to Meet the Labor Market for Preparatory Departments of Higher Educational Institutions, and Pre-School Education and Training Departments” (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
The Universities that have passed accreditation in accreditation agencies included in the register of recognized accreditation agencies, with the exception of military, special educational institutions, and having an employment rate of graduates of universities not below the threshold value (85%), according to the groups of educational programs approved by the order of Akim of East Kazakhstan region (Appendix 1) can participate in the competition to place the state educational order under training personnel with higher and postgraduate education in groups of educational programs.
To participate in the competition to place the state educational order under training personnel with higher education, the Universities submit an electronic application to the Office of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region, which includes the following documents:
1) an application of the University of the due form in accordance with Appendix 13 to these Rules;
2) a questionnaire of the University of the due form in accordance with Appendix 6 to these Rules;
3) proposals to place the state educational order under training personnel with higher education for the corresponding academic year of the due form, in accordance with Appendix 7 to this Regulation.
The documents included in the competition application are numbered, signed by the first head of the University and certified with a seal and submitted to the Office of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region in electronic form.
The competition application shall be sent to the LEA (local executive agency) no later than the time and date specified in the announcement of the competition. A competitive application received after the deadline for submitting competitive applications, regardless of the reasons for being late, is not considered. Making any changes to the competitive applications after the deadline for their submission is not allowed.
The LEA commission considers competitive applications within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of application submission, determines the degree of their compliance with the requirements of the competitive documentation.
